Ocean Flag Design Contest!!!

I and my mom were on National Geographic
for Kids. They had a really cool contest.
The contest was to design an ocean flag.
I got excited! Because I love ocean.
I wanted to design a flag.
Then I found out the contest was
for kids ages 8 - 14. And I am 7.
I got upset. So I wanted to make a
contest for kids under the age of 8. And also for those who are 8 and older
but can't enter the National Geographic contest because they don't live in the United States.
All kids who like ocean could enter!

This is where I learned about flags.

CONTEST RULES

1. Contest starts December 7, 2009.
2. Contest ends February 20, 2010.
3. Kids around the world, ages 5 to 14 can enter.
4. To enter send a photo of your flag design to my mom's email address iqaluit_pepper@live.ca. Please write your age too!
5. We will post the photos here on my blog.
6. Voting will be open from February 20 to March 1.
7. There will be 3 winners.
8. The winners will receive a book and a toy (gently used).
